With the season finished, it is time for us to summarize this season and what we as a team have learned. First of all, I wish to personally thank everyone for the great support throughout this season. From supporters to players and sponsors. Being the founder and president for this team has been a huge honour and truly has been so much fun even with late night plannings and so on. I am stepping down now and have full confidence for the new board. Now back to the season and how it went.
There was a huge change within the team with almost a complete new roster, with only a few players remaning from the first season, which showed in comparison to the first season. Gone was the games where we could not score to letting in an average 14 goals per game. Now we actually challenged every team and we were not outplayed by any team either. An amazing progression from the season previously and I can not wait to see how the team will do for the upcoming season. Whilst we were indeed a much more challenging, skillful and experienced team, we did not manage to win many games. Resulting in us being in the lower end of the standings in the league. We are looking forward on the upcoming season after the summer break.
And to end it all, thank you all and thanks to everyone whom have supported me during these years. Being your first president has been a blast and I will not forget all the great memories.
This is your president and founder Melwin Martinsson signing out.
